  Enjoy working with Astro. The guys that come take care of our house make our time a priority always checking with us before they come out. Service is affordable as well. We personally have Brett that comes out to our house and appreciate his professional demeanor, reliability, how friendly he is.

  I received a bill for a spray where the technician didn't show up. I have called the office twice in the last week to get it resolved. I was told the technician would get ahold of me (twice)to figure out the mistake and haven't heard back. I don't know if the guy is falsifying his records to make it look like he is doing his jobs or if it was truly a paperwork mistake but they sure don't seem to want to handle the situation. Bad customer service. UPDATE: I had Mike from Astro reach out and ask me about my recent experience. He listened to what I had to say and resolved the issues I had with the company. I can see why he is a supervisor. Great communication skills. Thank you for listening! I am updating my star rating based on my most recent experience.

  Blake who does our pest control and Matt who does our lawn service are excellent technicians. They are both knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They are sensitive to their customer’s schedule and are willing to schedule as needed. They both take time to give our dogs a good rubbing, so our dogs like them too! Blake provides pest control and has always been on time and super efficient. I hate bugs and with Blake’s application of pesticide, I rarely seen any critters! Matt saved our newly sodded lawn from web root worms. After explaining to Matt what was happening, he came immediately and assessed our lawn and applied a treatment. Our lawn survived and now is a pretty green. Matt guided us on care and if we had any problems, just give him a call. Both gentlemen are experts in their field and give excellent customer service. Recommend them both highly!!
