Fantastic. We were really impressed with the level of customer service, no-pressure advice, and ease of delivery of our new mower. I chose Aspen Leaf over hardware stores for service after the sale, and Aspen Leaf does repairs and routine service for mowers and other outdoor/landscaping equipment. Gary and his team really know their craft, and we will definitely be using Aspen Leaf in the future.

Nice store however, they sent me to another store to get simple parts for my pull start. When after going to EZ Way, they repaired my pull start when Aspen could have made that attempt. Aspen would have to order the parts taking days for simple parts they should have on hand. Three stars because they told me where to go.

Terrible customer service. I was put on hold 3 times back to back for 8-10 minutes at a time. Lady was rude! I drive down after unsuccessfully trying to see if my blades were in stock. I walked in and lady at counter acted like she did not want to help me. She went and looked for blades for a couple a minutes and said she couldn’t find them. Wanted me to order and didn’t feel like looking. LAZY!!!! I will never step foot in Aspen Leaf again!!!!

On the day you called/visited our store, we were exceptionally busy with telephone calls and customers at the counter. Unfortunately, we do have to place customers on hold and at times, it is for an extended period. We do our best to take care of everyone in a timely, professional and courteous manner. I believe the problem began when you visited our store and you were asked for a model number in order to determine the proper blade for your mower. You were unable to provide this number so we tried to put together the pieces of information you did have. After considerable research, we found a possible match and our computer indicated we had 3 of these blades in stock. We were unable to locate the blades-it appeared our inventory was incorrect. We told you we could order the blades; however, we would prefer to verify these were indeed the correct blades before we did so and asked that you call us with your model number. You left angry. A bit later, your significant other called asked to speak to the manager but wanted to know if the manager was a man or a woman because she wanted to speak to a man who knew a lot about Craftsman mowers. She was transferred to me, one of the owners, and I am a woman. She proceeded to berate my store and my employee and tell me that if we knew how to do our job, we wouldn't need a model number and that computers are able to provide any information we would need. She also told me all blades are the same for each size deck. I explained blades can have a different diameter center hole and the length can be slightly different--a mistake that can result in damaged blades or a poor cut. This can also result in a frustrated customer who made a trip only to return home with an incorrect blade. She then provided me the model number and I verified that the appropriate blade was the same one that our employee had determined. I attempted to find the blades and I also could not locate them--our inventory was incorrect. Our job is to sell parts and more often than not, the only way we are able to do this is to have certain information. While I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your experience with Aspen Leaf, I believe we did all that we could to serve you in a courteous and professional manner even when we were not afforded the same.
