A-1 Sprinklers is one of the most professional service companies that I have had the pleasure to work with. Alex arrived on time and asked me about my problem. He then diagnosed the problem, explained the remedy and how he could fix it. Alex spread tarps to protect our grass as he dug to make repairs. He then adjusted all my sprinkler heads for low and high coverage to make sure my system worked well Alex work hard and efficiently and answered all my questions on what he was doing. Alex was very professional in all aspects of his work. Their price for the service they performed was very fair. I would recommend A-1 Sprinklers as a great company to do business with. Jim 6/20/19

I have been using A-1 Sprinkler for nearly 20 years, ever since I moved into my house. They come every autumn to blow our the sprinklers and have made repairs over the years. Recently I asked Rich to come over and give me an estimate to improve the coverage in the back since we'd reconfigured some of the garden. He came over promptly, gave me an estimate which I found very reasonable and sent someone over to carry out the work a few days later. Just received the bill which is way under the estimate so I'm more than delighted. I wouldn't bother looking for another sprinkler company since Rich and A-1 have never steered me wrong and are more than reasonable with their prices.

A-1 Sprinkler sent a technician to our house in May to effect a repair. They didn't get it right. Took them three tries and they charged us for each visit. We called to dispute the charges, and they told us we wouldn't be charged for the second and third visits. Now, 3 months later, we get a letter from a collection agency. Avoid them at all costs! 9/7 UPDATE: Interesting response from the owner, as I have a canceled check from the first payment...

Friday, September 7, 2018, Al, I apologize for your frustrations in the process however I would like to make sure you are aware that NONE of your bills have ever been paid. It is true we made three trips to your residence the first one invoice 5-17-18 for the amount of 116.34 where we replaced a diaphragm for your system, the second was invoiced 6-7-18 which was written off as a call back so there was no charge , the third was invoiced 6-18-18 due to the reason that upon the findings of the issue that you had two zones coming on at once your wife stated to the technician that she may have caused that in programming the timer. Again call three was not related to the initial complaint in May. More importantly in this situation is again you have not paid for any of the services rendered at your residence. Thus the reason your account was sent to collections, discussions were had with your wife on theses invoices by our offices as well before this occurred to prevent this from happening. I again apologize you feel wronged, I am having a hard time though seeing your rationalization that no payment should had been made for any of the services performed. If you in fact have made payment for any of these invoices please feel free to call me with that information, however the response from your wife to our office when discussing these bills before going to collections was “I am not paying them”.
