They came out immediately for a quote and had the yard 100% cleaned and the leaves hauled away within two days! They were extremely busy with their fall cleanup schedule and managed to fit me in last minute! Owner is courteous and professional ! Highly recommended

I will give this business a one star because to be fair sometimes the lawn was decently cut but I will never use this business again due to the owner and the complete and utter disrespect for his customers. I read the reviews after all the issues we have had and I am shocked he is still is business since it appears he hasn't changed his ways. Jamie does not want to handle any type of problem or issue and just wants to be combative with his customers (as based on most of the other reviews as well). I have NEVER been treated this way by anyone I do business with. He is never wrong and can't simply give an "I"m sorry I will work to fix the problem." When I posted a question on a private social media page for my neighborhood asking if anyone else had issues and said that I wouldn't be using him anymore after this year as we already paid for the season...he got very angry and sent me a text saying he read my social media post and said my service is discontinued. I tried to call him to speak to him because honestly the issues should have been easily resolved and he would not take my call. He should get -10 stars for customer service. I am sure he will reply to this post and say things that are simply not true to try and save face but honestly just read all the other reviews as we basically all said the same thing and his responses were very unprofessional. I don't write reviews EVER but felt I needed to warn people about this business....Jackie Petker

FtThis is unfortunate. We have been serving this customer for many years. It all stems from a week ago when the crews were trying to finish up before last Friday when the heat was scheduled to hit. This particular customer was scheduled for Friday cuts. Because we we were unsure of the forecast we waited until the last minute and we were unable to notify the customer in time that we are going to cut a day in advance. Because of the dog waste that could not get picked up we had to cut around it. We were trying to rectify this situation the following week but we were never given a chance to. Not getting the email out in time was our fault and we apologized for it but still it had to resort over this, dog waste. As far as this customers post on a private social media page, we have a screen shot of this and the contents are completely different as mentioned above. When stories have been fabricated or miss leading, you bet there will be a reply. We treat our customers with the up most respect but have zero tolerance for the behavior you displayed via your text messages and your misleading post. Continuous threats and condescending remarks we have no room for this. We do take pride in our work and stand behind everything we do. Customer service is still a priority with us and it will always be that way. Pleasant, professional and welcoming. 2019 Best of the Best winner

Better look elsewhere. This gentleman will tell you what you want to hear and continually underperform. They were contracted to look after our lawn while we were away and unless we chased them up they would miss the job (he blames his crew?) but still invoice. When it came to our fall clean up they didn’t do it. Came home to find a frozen mess. Excuses of no capacity to finish their jobs. Not how a business is run. If they’d communicated we could have gone with someone who’d gotten it done. Not normally a reviewer but have to let the public know what they’re getting into with these guys. Left with a lawn to fix in the spring with a better service. I’m sure there’ll be a response that will lack all accountability.

Daniel, it's unfortunate that you would have to resort to social media after our email communications today, and the content of my emails was obviously not read. The last month in Michigan winter came early. You could probably contact a neighbor, or go into history at weather.com. I was in constant communication with your wife while you were out of town. We have many more clean-ups to complete this late in the season due to the weather, it frustrating and unfortunate. We would have much rather finished our clean-ups by now because our employees need a pay check, and we need that revenue to stay in business. You mentioned in one of our email exchanges that we needed to be held accountable; we can't be held accountable for unfortunate weather conditions that don't allow us to get our work done. In addition, we don't understand the missed job reference in your statement on the lawn cutting.
