Excellent service as long as you have plenty of money ,  they bit expensive.  But that's what a business its about correct.   To make plenty of money , these places to repair a machine they say they charge $100 per hr of labor.   I don't think so.  I would say they charge $200 per hr.   They charge a lot because they know that they are the only ones able to fix your equipment.    Always best bet if you have an old tool toss it out.   And buy a new one ,      these places they extremely serious about making profit

I’m often a DIY’er.  I can often do some small repairs and maintenance myself.  It gives me joy and satisfaction as well making it easier on my pocket :-)  However,  I’m sensitive to any store owners desire ... and need, to make a profit and payroll.  Nonetheless, Argento & Sons has always accommodated me despite being the furthest thing from their best customer.  I’m very comfortable with a mechanic named Eric.  He’s got years of experience!  If he’s around he’ll generously point you in the right direction re. any kind of equipment ... His answer may depend on the customer’s experience ... and budget.  He’s just a polite, knowledgeable, stand up guy.  Emmanuel, is one of the clerks at the counter ... he too is genuinely pleasant.  These qualities along with good service is what attracts me to small business and the reasons I recommend Argento & Sons.  Last time I was there it was just to pick up a piece of starter rope for my ExMark walk behind ... maybe $7 bucks ... but it gave me a chance to look around, dream and ask a few questions :-)
