  Extremely large Target, with possibly everything you would need at your home, from groceries, household appliances, clothing, board games, toiletries, makeup, first aid etc. With many brands for each at good prices and their own Starbucks inside. The exit is close to the parking lot at city center which makes it quite convenient. Plus there are few other big stores and fast food places within the city center which help make it a very convenient shopping spree spot in White Plains.

  What I love about is how clean their stores was. Even with hustle in NY , the store was spotless. Very friendly staff, shelves are full, you can find anything of quality there

  This target is clean and big, it is my preferred target. However I tried to return an electronic item but did not have a receipt and hadn't used my circle rewards, so right away they ask for my Id to try and process a merchandise credit. As I'm handing my Id over they began opening my BRAND NEW NEVER OPENED ALL SEALS IN TACT electronic item. I've never seen this happen before, so they see everything is brand new and proceed to scan my id. Turns out they couldn't do the return but already opened my brand new item. Now the seal is not brand new and has lost value just by opening. I'm fine that they couldn't do a return but DON'T OPEN MY BRAND NEW ITEM AND DECREASE ITS VALUE FOR NO REASON. Another associate understands my concern and says I can get a brand new 1 and they'll change it. I go to electronics they don't have the same item. Now I'm stuck with an open item that I for sure can't return anymore even to a different target. I think this store should re-train staff for returns because this shouldn't have happened. I should of been told the return couldn't be processed BEFORE they opened my new item.
