I have used this lawn service for a number of years and have always been satisfied. I have never been treated rudely by anyone in this company. Larry has helped me a lot with my lawn concerns. Of course I get an occasional weed in my yard. If the yards around you aren't perfectly weed free, then that's always going to happen. The wind also carries weed seeds. You need to have realistic expectations!

We used this company for years. Our lawn went from patchy and full of dandelions to the thickest, lushest lawn on the block. So much so, we almost wished it wasn't quite so healthy so we didn't have to mow as often. The owner was very insistent on having us let him know if we needed spot treatment on weeds. He also helped us by spraying some poison ivy that came up. They will charge you a late fee after 15 days, which we have paid a few times due to forgetfulness, but the charge is clearly stated on the bill. I recommend this company to everyone. We are greatly satisfied and will be using them at our new home.

BUYER BEWARE!!! D- rating on Better Business Bureau for a reason. Shame on me for not being a more diligent buyer. This company has outdated customer service practices. I called in the first of the summer to see if I could get someone out to meet me and discuss my lawn issues. After they started treating the lawn this year. Even though I prepaid and it said unlimited services calls no one every called me back or came out to meet with me to discuss. Maybe if they would of taken the time to do so I would not be writing this review today. I sent and email in on Monday 8/22/2016 to express my concerns. 24 hours later no phone call. I did receive an email full of excuses. Blaming me for their poor business practices. She blamed me for not doing an early spring when I called them to tell me what I need to do to get my lawn better. I do believe its their job to tell me what needs done with my lawn not me they are the supposed experts. Trust me stay away you will thank me later The email that was sent to me: FYI I was sick yesterday & I am the only one whom does the emails, I am in the process of responding to my emails from yesterday & today right now. I have your pictures & clearly after 2 apps only (Late Spring & Summer no Early Spring) it seems like you expect it to look weed free, totally filled in & thick, that is not the case no matter whom you have do the lawn, it took your lawn quite a while to look this way & has nothing to do with our fertilizer & weed control. So it appears that after the phone message I just listened to, it is clear that there is no reason to even respond to you any further except I will refund the money on the account of $83.88. The prepay contract says 4% discount on 4 applications & since you are breaking this contract by requesting cancellation there is no discount. The check will be in the mail by Friday. And if you want to go to court filing fees are $85.00 plus service of the claim, the loser eats all costs. Thank you & have a good evening Melinda Ginger
