As a sponsor of Cyclone Fanatic, I reached out to A+ Lawn and Landscape for lawn care. They came out and sprayed for weeds. That was fine. When they brought out the aerator, it tore up the lawn (big chunks of grass/sod ripped out). They left a note after they were finish saying the machine acted up and that they threw down some seed where the lawn was torn up. (If it acted up once, why keep using it?) Unsatisfied with the quality of the work, I called A+ to have a supervisor come out. When the supervisor was here, he assured me that the places where the chunks of sod were ripped out would eventually level out. Fall and winter came and went. The snow has all melted. The chunks did not level out. There is a place in my backyard that is completely lumpy and uneven due to their negligence. I expected a lot from this company and was let down. I would definitely not give them an A+. Update: Mark from A+ stopped by to discuss my concerns and take some pictures of the lawn. Mark is committed to rectifying the situation when the weather dries up a little bit. His responsiveness and commitment was appreciated.

Have had treatments for about 5 months now. Have had to call them out for retreats as we learned they weren't doing the whole yard. 5 months later my yard is still covered in weeds and they have killed my bushes and peonies with overspray. When I call the office I get some answering service. Not overly impressed. I realize that you don't get a nice yard overnight but with that many treatments I shouldn't have weeds all over my yard. **Update - I had a manager come out and take a look and wrote down that I need to water my lawn more. Not sure what that has to do with getting weeds taken care of.

Been using A+ for a few years but no longer. A service tech showed up to my house to fertilize my trees that we did not request, after a couple calls to the office this was resolved without us paying. I received a text message about a week later saying my lawn aeration service would be the following Monday, nobody ever showed up. a place to call to the office to find out what was going on and they scheduled me for them following Friday even with a follow-up call that same evening to verify I wanted the service on Friday which I confirmed. Friday comes and nobody shows up, so I called the office again unfortunately on Saturday and left a message with the gentleman. no call again on Monday so I called them asked what was going on and decided to just cancel my service. I understand they're more than likely busy etc but when we've been having service here for years and then they tell me oh it looks like he just couldn't find your house so he just didn't call or show up and nobody called me. I could let the slide however I'm not a fan of services renewing that you don't ask for they just Auto renew, if the tree service we had after the big storm my trees were essentially sitting sideways they were new so it was something they could fix. I asked them to fertilize the trees then and restake them and get them straight never did I ask for them to come back and do it again the following year. it seems there's quite a few reviews on here that are complaining about their way of reoccurring services. no I did get a text message asking if I wanted the service or not which I replied no the text did fail to go through however I never once said yes, but they still show up. communication is key for a continued relationship with a customer if someone can't find my house that's fine it happens we live in a newer area and most the time it takes everyone about a mile away. service has been good my yard looks good however I can't stand for predatory type practice like that.
