  I hired this company thru a young lady name Laura of Always green to treat my property. The first time they came they were to spray the weeds in my decorative white marble chips, they had gone around and sprayed the rocks and the house and the pvc pool pipes as you can see in the pictures. Well, whatever they used to spray weeds stained my rocks, the wall of the house and all over pool pipeing. I reported it back to Laura and she said no problem and she would send someone out. A man came and hand sprayed with a bottle that I assume was a type of bleach but who knows, anyway it did not fix the damage and now they are just not coming back at all to address the issue they caused. Be careful who you hire, best to call a well known company. You don't really know what these places are applying to your property. Stay with a Truly Nolan or one reputable company. This is gong to cost me some money and labor to repair.

  Hi Sandra, We appreciate the time you took to write a review. We sprayed liquid iron in the turf only and are very familiar with the removal process if it were to affect sidewalks, fences, or the sides of homes. Removal may be necessary from the turf spray on a windy day, for example. We use a chemical for removal called iron out and the process of removal is very simple and efficient. The pictures and statements that you displayed could potentially be old damage that occurred prior to hiring us such as rust and/or pool chemical residue. We would have no intentions to spray a pool pump with the lawn treatment mix. However, we did spray the pump with iron out and the color was untouched, therefore liquid iron was not a candidate for removal. If the damage was in fact from iron, it would have been easily removed when we visited to remove any excess stains. We sprayed the white marble chips with a clear herbicide that does not leave a colored residue. Iron is the only chemical we use that displays a color. We apologize you did not have a positive experience with us as we do strive to provide excellent service for each customer as a family owned and operated company. Sincerely, Always Green

  Great check-up service call by Al just now. Friendly, clear, competent. Great customer service! If I were hiring someone to train my employees to be great customer service reps for my company, I'd love to have Al. (Don't worry, I'm not. :) ) Always thankful for the great service from Always Green -- our lawn is the envy of our neighbors!

  Absolutely awful. We stayed with them for years, and with every day that went by the lawn looked worse than it did the day before. It was always the same type of story...they would tell me I was underwatering, or I was overwatering, or my mower blades are dull, or my sprinklers weren't providing proper coverage, or something else that was somehow MY fault. It was never anything that they were responsible for. I always followed their watering schedule to the letter, and my irrigation system has more than adequate coverage. Anyway, At the end, my once-lush st Augustine lawn is nothing but a barren pasture full of weeds. To add insult to injury, just Before I finally fired them, I reached out to them one last time to let them know how bad the lawn looked (which I did about once a year). They said a manager would call, but that call never came. So, I fired them and quickly received an email saying the manager had been trying to reach me and came by on Friday to look at the lawn, and that it needs iron. What they didn't realize is that I have cameras all over my property...nobody came to my house on Friday at all, and I never received a call. This was the lowest of the low. Just a bold faced lie! Avoid this company! Trust me!

  Hello, As promised and discussed, we have plugged areas and will continually follow up with weed and fungus control as well. Please water the plugs daily since areas were dry.
