  A neighbor of mine has his lawn treated by this company. I cannot vouch for the quality of service they receive. My review of this company is the poor professionalism exhibited by the lawn service tech who was servicing my neighbor's lawn today. My cameras picked up the tech driving his lawn vehicle driving on my newly seeded and growing patch of property that was damaged by the derecho. By no means did the tech have to travel on my property (I'm not a grumpy old man so don't go there) to finish the neighbors lawn. When I addressed the situation to the tech, the tech exhibited a high degree of arrogance in his response related to "what do you want me to do about it?" That irritated me the most with him not even thinking about the actions he was performing and how he addressed it. To be fair and honest after I left the tech to head back to my home, the tech did leave a note on my door offering to reseed any area that was damaged by his vehicle.

  I cannot say anything about the quality of their service but I can say something about the quality of their employees. I watched a store call the police on one of their employees because he wouldn't comply with COVID restrictions. They asked him to leave and he just tried to ignore them. He only left when told he would be arrested for trespassing. He drove a company issued pickup. That's not the kind of behavior I want anywhere near my home or family.

  We take these issues very seriously. After viewing your comment we found the responsible employee and reminded him of our company policies. We require employees to wear masks whenever social distancing is not possible. I apologize for this incident and thank you for pointing it out so that we can continue to learn.
