  In summary, i would not recommend anyone rely on bill/andrew to repair chainsaws. Cant speak for other small engines, but they were unable to fix husky 372 xp. Said they fixed it then i went to pick up and tested before paying to my dismay. Months later saw was still not working and all he could say was compression low. I tested compressiom before leaving saw so i knew what it was and it was adaquate. Very hard to coordinate pickup of saw and guy wanted 20 for diagnosis even though there was none besides saw doesnt start. I had already replaced most major saw components so there shouldnt have been much to problem solve. Huge waste of time and will never bring another tool to this guy. Bill/andrew acts as s broker and it was not possible to talk to mechanic. Learn from my experience and take your saw to a pro.

  I have a small cheap lawnmower that I used for years but it started running weird and had a hard time starting .... Beause it was only a $125 mower to start with, all the other shops I called said it wouldn't be worth the time or money to try to fix it....then i called Albemarle Mower and Small Engine Repair and they told me to bring it right over. 15 minutes later it was running great and they even sharpened the blade for me! Best thing was they only charged me $10 You guys are the best .... thanks!

  This guy is a super shady individual! His name is actually Andrew but he sometimes goes by his alter ego Bill Smith. He writes fake reviews for his own fly by night businesses. I used to work for this clown. I wouldn’t let him anywhere near my property!
