I switched to ALM about 3 years ago.  The staff and the service that they provide are top notch. I am relieved to use a service that is not only trustworthy, but certified by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation. Derrick is the technician that takes care of my lawn and I really appreciate everything that he does toward helping to make my yard beautiful and weed free.  I would (and have) highly recommend ALM to those that would like their lawn to look healthy, great looking and the envy of the neighborhood.

My yard has never looked so good. Nice and thick at the edges, beautiful rich green color. Even under the trees, the grass is growing nicely. Jim is just the best. He even remembers my name. Thank you ALM.

We have property in Chesapeake, VA (836 Doe Run Dr.), and of the 24 years we've lived there -- our grass never looked this good.  I've had many neighbors stop me and tell me how beautiful the grass looks. Something truly to be said for "professional" -- they really know what they are donig.

I have received impeccable lawn service with ALM over the past several years.  My lawn really looks amazing and remains very healthy.  This company is also highly responsive to any questions/concerns that I may have concerningmy own lawn care routine.  Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the seeding, fertilizing and weed control services that ALM does so very well.  I would be remiss if I didn't mention this. In my experience, it is not the company that makes a service great, but rather the hard work and dedication of it's employees. That being said, people like my technician, Mr. Jason Lutz, make me feel compelled to keep doing business with ALM. His pride and professionalism speak volumes. Overall, the service that he renders often leaves my neighbors feeling a little jealous.

No call back or email. I called several times and was told Sales department would contact me via email. Never did. Two weeks later their next service truck shows up at my house unexpectedly, no notice. Wanted to do estimate. I had already called another lawn service company who came out and serviced the lawn twice.
I had read good reviews about ALM, but their customer service needs work.
