  I had areas in my yard I could not get grass to grow, no matter what I did. After Lawn Dr. I know have beautiful grass and I do not have to over seed or fertilize. The power seeding is awesome !!!

  Used this company through the spring and summer and the weeds have completely taken over my front and back yards.

  After reviewing the pictures that you posted, it has been determined that you are seeing Dallisgrass, not broadleaf weeds (which are treated with your lawn program). Dallisgrass is a wide bladed perennial grass that forms dark green spreading circular (dinner plate) clumps in warm weather. Dallisgrass is often confused with Crabgrass – but is much larger and normally impossible to pull out by hand. It sends up tall spikes with seeds that hang horizontally off the spikes. It is normally inconspicuous until summer, when it outgrows desirable grasses. Dallisgrass is a native grass and can appear suddenly almost anywhere. Unlike crabgrass, there are no preventers for Dallisgrass. If you do not find this grass objectionable at the present time, you may want to leave it alone. It may or may not spread considerably in future years (it tends to spread more in hot, wet summers). Please reach out to us so we can work towards a resolution. The company always call and inform you well ahead of time before coming to do services on your lawn. They are professional-- leaving a summary of the services applied that day, maintenance details, etc. They offer flexible payment options, and are reasonably priced.
