  I called these guys based on their ad online that proclaims "The only place you should go for your tractor or parts" . I was looking for a front wheel for my Ford tractor and based on the ad I called them. The smart aleck who answered was instantly offensive and said, "Well I wonder why you'd think I'd have something like that since I'm a John Deere dealer".. I should note that the ad said nothing about being John Deere exclusive. It's funny how one experience like that can ensure that I'll never set foot in that place ever.
