  This was the worst service possible. More excuses then service. Hired them to mow long term for a relative, paid a month in advance and it was the worst mistake I made. The owner Fred Kinney is rude, doesn't return text or phone messages promptly the when I finally terminated his services because of a horrible mess left on my relative yard he calls and leaves me a message to never "talk" to him that way when I told him the yard looked like it had a bad haircut! Poor business practices. Can't even give this a one star rating but I guess there isn't a ZERO so I'll have to.

  Customer is a person whom wants things done when ground is soaked and anyone knows that wet ground will make cut uneven. This customer would not allow me to make it right and she was totally satisfied with the 4 weeks prior. I also received a very nasty call from this customer and her sister whom the work was for understood the reason and I offered to return in three days and remow. You are the only customer I have had a problem with and you are very abusive you money isn't that important to be verbally abuse when we should have not mowed that day but was forced to by you. I now know why no one continues to mow for you. Lawn care companies beware of this customer . Now as for returning calls and texts we have a full schedule and that is why it say 24 to 48 hours to respond. I wasn't rude to you until you became verbally abusive

  This company has cleared our lot for 2 seasons now. Excellent service, they consider the needs of our business and make logical decisions which sometimes save us money! Very reasonable prices, Thank you Fred ! Brad Bush Wingz Bar, Endicott
