Our back yard was completely burnt out after the first Trugeen application this year. It looks like there are others with the same issue!! there is NO local contact person and they will not send anyone out to see the damage nor is there anywhere to send pictures of the damage. We had 10 inches of rain this year. The rest of the yard is fine. Trugreen had a trainee working that day. That could be the problem but no one will come check it out. or for that matter even respond in person. If you call the number, which you assume is a local number, you get someone in NJ! Very very disappointed and disgusted with how our beautiful lawn of 35 years looks now. Also be aware! if you do not cancel the service every year, they show up and treat your lawn and then use the card on file to pay for it. Stay away from this "local" company. We plan to contact BBB.

They kept changing the dates when they did show up yard was covered with weeds.they sprayed it did nothing so they sprayed again.Pictures show what yard looks like now.I Called they sent some one out he said they water down the chemicals and the rain and some kind of rust was also the cause for the way my yard is.Called for a supervisor to come out still waiting.

One of your employees applied herbicide and other substances to my lawn - which was not the address of service or even on the same STREET. I plant an organic, all-native lawn and this will inhibit the growth and pose a hazard to native wildlife and habitats. I’ve called my homeowner’s insurance to place a claim, and have reported this incident to TruGreen. I expect to be contacted soon regarding both remediation and compensation for the lawn you’ve destroyed.
