  This is my first experience working with them and happy to report we are very pleased. We dropped off our small pump for repairs and received good service at time of pick up. We were contacted within the quoted timeframe, and were greeted with friendly staff when we came in to pick up our pump. The gentleman tested it in front of us and explained what was repaired. They also included the broken removed parts, and the box with the replacement part. Very pleased and we will bring business to them in The future, as well.

  Great work, but return time for repairs is a bit long. Pretty sure it is due to long delivery dates for parts. Staff is wonderful.

  When I recently needed parts to tune up a 20 year old roto-tiller Zerr's had exactly what I needed. Great selection, fair prices and friendly service. Highly recommend!
