So upsetting to spend over $5,000 and the end result of our yard is this. Mud with scraps of grass from seeds we added because Brian didn't come back out to look at his job, when we asked why its not growing and sent pics. After a few phone calls and texts we had a bad feeling. His text to us? . We didn't listen to his recommendations and he's not coming back or doing a Thing for us. Blame the owner for over watering? Who actually thinks we wanted our back yard to look like this??!! Stay away from unscrupulous contractors including Zengel.
