  Your Guy Tree Service is the best crew out there. We were impressed with Cole Prompt Responsive and easy to communicate our needs to in what was a very stressful situation. He displayed a positive attitude with an experienced eye. He was polite as well as his crew. Fast and careful. His unconditional positive regard to clients far exceeds any company standards. They need to place him in management and step back to watch how he turns homeowners into life time customers and now "our go to tree company."

  left holes in my yard due to not using equipment properly. made no effort to correct damage caused by their equipment. over charged by several thousand dollars for the minimal service they provided.

  They came out to quote a job at our house and we were told our trees would be trimmed “anytime within 5 weeks.” Well it’s officially been at least 8 weeks, despite my husband attempting to contact them a couple times, and they have not responded to him or followed through with anything. *Update: TWELVE weeks after the initial quote, they showed up at our house one morning without warning. We had already had another company come out to do the job.
