  And the leaves kept falling...right as I was getting a second showing on my lake house and the yard was a mess. Brandon turned on a dime to help me out, and it paid off- I sold my home after this showing. It wasn’t all about the outside, but the “well kept “ property had to have helped. Thanks Brandon!
