Excellent service and final appearance of the project. Andy was very helpful in determining textures and colors for the project and communicated with us throughout the process. When the actual project work began, Alfonso and his crew worked hard to complete the project. The crew would show up early and leave later than we were expecting. You could tell they were trying to have minimal impact and compete the project as quickly as possible. Lastly, Alfonso continued to seek our input during the process to ensure smaller design decisions were met while the project progressed. Highly recommend this company.

If your considering using this company we would highly recommend you don’t. In our opinion they are most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. This company did our entire landscaping including putting in a built in bbq with a concrete countertop which they said we would love. The countertop was supposed to be polished concrete which we’ve been told it isn’t by several people. We also found out they had never done polished concrete before. The used pavers to build it (which appear to be used pavers because they are all chipped) the concrete countertop looks horrible and they did not have the gas line inspected. We had to call the City and have the landscaper dig up the gas line for the City to inspect. Yavapai was not happy with us and basically said it was our fault. The sod they put in half of it never took which they won’t stand behind. Anything that is wrong they tell you it’s your fault. Our experience was a nightmare with them. In our opinion the owner is a horrible business person with no customer service skills and his sales manager is no better than a used car salesman that tells you what you want to hear but doesn’t do what was promised. I would run as fast as I could away from this company. As far as the response below from the Owner and/or the Sales Manager- you are the one that suggested concrete countertops, and as far as colored concrete it’s grey and I think that is the normal color. You tried to get use to do red. As far as the grass you installed it and we maintained including fertilizing through the winter. The entire yard was nothing but weeds. The southwest quarter of the lawn has never grown. It has nothing to do with our dogs and we do not have three dogs nor do they go in one spot. You never tried to correct the bbq, or several other items. There are so many lies and inconsistencies in your response it is ridiculous such as us being banned from the club house. We’ve never been banned from there or any place. Anyone can see from your response not to do business with you. You are not worth going on about all of the issues with your company. It’s a waste of my time.

Project from 2019. Review from 2021. Charlene Carlson,. A used car salesman? But seventy five percent of your community loves used cars? I was thrown several red flags with you such as you demanding I change all the fine print wording in the contract, which I did and at the end of the project, even with our hiccups , you had me over for a drink and said that we were still the best contractor of any that you had to deal with in the whole process. At the end you were given a discount because of your displeasure in the dark grey colored concrete, once again I advised to go with a color, as just like death and taxes, everyone knows concrete fades and even cracks So I'm Sorry to see this review. It's been a year and a half-i noticed you waited till you're warranty was over but I I above and beyond for my customers so I probably would have helped with any issue that arises. You failed to mention that it was (colored)concrete and If you polish concrete it shows the specks. It's concrete, it's essentially your garage floor, It's not granite. I suggested you go with granite you didn't want it. I suggested you do artificial turf but you wanted sod, I mentioned the winds, weeds and water costs. . It was installed correctly but seeing you live in the recently developed area of the granite dells weeds and winds are aplenty. Come spring time, after by your own admission you didn't do a winter fertilization, weeds popped up, Fox tails, dandelions, to do my best to make you happy I replaced all 1800 Sq ft for free. Without fertilization, I didn't need to warranty it, I took my guys off a job and came and redid it and Viola weeks later more weeds came down Glassford Hill and the Dells in the winds and you had weeds again. Then I was disappointed to hear you were going to consider artificial turf, especially seeing that wase my professional recommend from the get go. The reason the extremely small patch of your grass didn't take was that you have three large Rottweilers that urinate ok n the same spots. It's obvious it's urine. This isn't Chino where they had acres, they have only have 1800 SQ ft. . All these things seem obvious and apparent and I'm sorry you couldn't be like almost the entire rest of your neighborhood and been enamored by the company and experience and final work. I think I went the extra mile, especially with sod. I recommend anyone check out your front yard on Sweeping granite way with double drystack and they will say it's a beautiful front yard. As for your not having dogs, I don't see why you would say that, your neighbors know you do and literally your Facebook profile pic( which you left same review) is a picture of your Rottweilers. As always id like to do something to make this better. But I Don't think there is something that could make you happy. If there is, please let me know . I'm sorry to hear you got banned from the granite dells clubhouse too. It's a shame it's a beautiful clubhouse.

Expensive, did not deliver the expected deliverables (1- 2 inch of rock vs the 3-4 inches stated in quote) size of crew was half of what was quoted, and quality of overall work did not meet expectations. Messaged and asked for corrections to deficiency but was ignored. Save yourself the headache.

Kris I reviewed your quote. There is no mention of 3-4 inches. I could send you. Standard is two inch. 3-4 would move under your feet. You have been very good customers for years with a variety of services but I know you're main reason for being upset is weeds. You are in a very native area and with torrential rains of this year's monsoons it undoubtedly brought many seedlings over the retaining wall. This is a year that had tested many landscapes. My personal house has had more weeds than ever and I do pre emergent every year and it previously had been very effective. The contract States nothing of crew size and you had four or five people. Currently we run crews as small as two or as large as 8 depending on the job. You were very happy with the work two to three years ago when we did it so I don't see how this monsoon had soured you on the company. I personally wrote the estimate as I have many others with Anna and one thing I've never stated is crew size or 4 inch rock layer. Someone would be breaking their ankle on four inch think layer of half inch rock. The only work that dictates number of people is our Firewise work which we can sell as a three man crew or 2 man crew So ten to fifteen different service visits. Zero complaints in three years, and now a complaint on a job you were thrilled with when we did walkthrough with you, your wife and your daughter two to three years ago. My question is, what's happened, how can I help, as the two issues you mentioned were not the case and are not why you aren't happy. If it's the monsoons, I'm sorry, the got the best of all of us this year. I could suggest adding waddles twenty to two hundred feet up the slope which would help mitigate that water that undoubtedly brought down native Earth with weeds. Contact me. -Ted
