  Had my Lawn Boy battery start mower there in early spring for routine maintenance and a new battery as it wasn't holding the charge enough for me to start. Well, after over 4 weeks and many calls I got my mower back, only now my "new" battery won't even charge. Started having battery problems 2 weeks ago now nothing. Don't waste your time with them.

  Would not recommend for repairs. Would give them a zero if we could. We thought we needed a carburetor for our Stihl handheld blower, they wanted us to drop it off so they could get the right one. They charged us $40 and said that would go towards the repair. We went to pick it up and guess what? They didn't repair it and said we need a carburetor! And there are 3 different kinds and they do not know which one! But yet they say they worked on it? Wouldn't give us our money back either. It was there for a month! We do not recommend this place. Poor customer service.

  I came in on a Saturday morning looking for a new mower. I was greeted when I walked in the door. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to find a comparable model for me to try. I really like the family atmosphere. That same morning, doing my due diligence, I went to Rigg's in Mishawaka to check out some other makes. I stood around around in the showroom for 30 minutes without even a hello. No acknowledgement that I was even there. There were a couple of customers but mostly it was empty. I will give my business to the shop that understands what service means. The next Monday I came back and bought a mower and a some other equipment. It was delivered yesterday and I could not be happier. The prices were on par with what I would have paid at a big box store but the service at the big box stores is zero. I feel very confident that when it comes time utilize the service here, I will be just as happy as I am today.
