  Hello. I discovered this review after trying to find Yager Lawn Maintenance's telephone number for a friend. Before moving out of state, I used Yager Lawn Maintenance to perform services at my property. The owner, Mr. Yager, was always very thorough in explaining what work needed to be done, the amount of time and materials that were needed, and the rate for which all would be billed. No work was ever completed that a signed contract or, as he asked, a confirmation email did not give him permission to complete the work and its rates as discussed were returned. He was always upfront and honest with me. And his work was always wonderful. In fact, my family, friends and neighbors saw what his company had done and are still using him to this day. Never have I gotten a bill from Yager Lawn Maintenance when they did not complete work at my property. Not once! The only thing that I was billed for was work that I signed off on and agreed to (I mean, who really wants to do work for free? I sure don't and I'm postive that Yager Lawn Maintenance doesn't want to either!). There was one time that there was work to be performed at my home where I wanted to change something. Mr. Yager was very kind and he patiently listened to my situation. He then told me that he would change the agreement, as long as I sent in either the revised contract signed or a confirmation email to the new arrangement (which I did). I have nothing, but praise for Mr. Yager and his company! He is a very hard working, honest individual who is very respectful and helpful. Anyone who speaks badly about Mr. Yager and his company, in my honest opinion, is just doing so to be malicious and spiteful. Thank you for your consideration and have a lovely day!

  Very thorough and workers are considerate and work hard. My property is left in immaculate condition after they leave. Highly recommend.

  Excellent company, they will make your life easier. In the winter I get to stay inside, and they maintain your lawn, I think they do have other services, in my opinion, is worth it.
