  They're good about keeping most common parts in stock. When they have to order parts they can generally have the item in 3 to 5 days. There can be some exceptions to that however as it depends on the part and how old the machinery is you're buying the part for. The shop people are pretty darn good; they are well trained and knowledgeable about the machinery the dealership sells. The shop is pretty decent about getting machinery in getting it serviced and back out to you. The salesmen are really good, friendly, courteous ready & willing to help you with whatever you may need. The salesmen stay up to date on what John Deere is offering in the way of finances too which is a big plus when making a large purchase.
