  Worcesters has some super friendly staff! Donna was really nice to work with for a big order I put together. The store is well stocked with all kinds of great equipment. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional.

  Inquired about a mower, they said they have it ordered but could not guarantee the price. I offered to either put a deposit in or pay for it in full up front and they said they still could not lock in the price, it might go up. So to be clear, they ordered it at one price, I'm willing to pay that price in full, right now and they said "depending on demand" that price may change. How is that possible? I guess they are into price gouging their customers.

  Carrie thank you for your feedback. I located the text transcript between Joe Zimmerman and our sales person Donna dated 2-24-22. There is no reference to 'depending on demand'. I would be glad to share the transcript with you if you wish. Due to constantly changing commodity prices our manufacturers no longer offer price protection. If you have lately shopped for groceries, gasoline or automobiles you will see prices changing there as well. Power equipment is also affected by the increasing cost of raw material .
