  5 stars isn't enough. I give the mower and the salesman 10 stars!!! He explained and demonstrated the Honda HRC216 mower. Friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Mower is worth with every penny.

  Can't say enough good things about Jacob and his customer service skills. He was beyond helpful from the first thought of my idea/plan through the very end. Thanks again Jacob for all of the help.

  I brought them a clean freshly washed off road unit for service. 3 weeks later I had to call them to find out it was done, as nobody bothered to call me to let me know it was ready for pickup. I paid $300+ for standard service, and got a dirty rain spotted unit back. For $300+ for standard service, they should be washing it as standard procedure, let alone that I brought it in clean, and it should have come back in at least the condition I brought it to them in. They should also be calling me to let me know when it's ready for pickup.
