Woody's is the BEST! Michael has created a terrific business, servicing the West side of town! They get my system up and running in the Spring, get it blown out and turned off in the Fall... his technicians are pleasant to deal with and professional on every level! I have had Woody's take care of my sprinkler system for a few years now, super responsive and communicative. I had a major issue over the summer with a leak caused by tree roots, Michael and an associate came out and fixed it and explained how they rerouted my lines to avoid future issues. He just came out to winterize my system, and Michael explained everything I'd need to know to get back up and running in the spring without a service call. I have a lot of confidence in Woody's and will continue to use their services as I need them.

Had used this service for over 2 years. Recently had my sprinklers blown out and my invoice went to my spam folder. After recieving a reminder phone call after 30 days I promptly paid. A week later I received a letter stating their intent to place a lien against my property for the $120 service ticket. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for service unless you want to worry about legal action over an email getting sent to spam. I will not be using Woody’s again. EDIT: In response to Mike’s response below. It’s obvious this organization is out of touch, desperate and could care less about customer service. Potential clients beware.

Craig, You used our service for 2 years. Must have have done the job right for you to utilize our services for 2 years !! THE PROBLEM is on you for not paying an invoice !! You most certainly did view the invoice, not just once but on several different occasions. It is our protocol to send out 3 reminders E Mail. Which we did & we can see you viewed them... As well as 3 phone call reminders from our office and 1 final call from me... before we start our collection process. ... ALSO ALL of our e mail confirmations of appts. SAY " payment UPON COMPLETION !". We were generous enough to give you 5 days to pay this invoice WHICH YOU DEFINETLY KNEW OF OF FINANCIAL OBLIGATION TO US. After we performed billable.services for.you at your residence... YOU blew us off for 30 days... So You knew you owed us money YET DID NOT PAY YOUR DEBT... & SOME HOW we are the bad guys for collection of our debt ??? WOW !! Get real ! To many Home Owners out there who pay their invoices on time to want a customer who does not. Good luck to you !!
