So I was looking for a golf cart charger, trying to keep my money local, stopped in and did not figure they would have one. greeted the minute I walked in but not pushy. asked and they were apologetic they could not help me. But recommended another local supplier. Owner was on site, actually sweeping the floors!! he spoke up when he heard what I was asking for and told me they recommended ordering online. ?? he said they could sale me one, he just tried to buy from them, the recommended company only sold chargers with new vehicle sales. Once here told me of best place to get quality chargers AND charger company is actually based in Oklahoma. MADE IN AMERICA!!!! got to love small town America

The person behind the parts desk lacks attention to detail, listening skills and cannot use critical thinking; they can only look up things on the computer and beyond that they have no skills to find the part you need. But what do you expect from this one-horse town? Better off going to Denton or doing your own research and buying what you need off Amason. Sign of the times!

Our mower is a LOUD RATTLE TRAP! Never rode smooth or comfortable. We had a spring break on our mower and needed the part. It was 5:25. My husband, David, called and asked "what time do you close? I'm 10 minutes out at the most." The guy said, " 4 minutes." Can you stay 5 minutes longer because I need a spring." He said "no! We have appointments at peoples houses." David - "5 minutes?" Guy-"Nope". David-"it's in the middle of a field and I'll have to drag it back." The guy- "sometimes things just don't work out." David- "copy!" David works in Dallas so couldn't come at 8 am tomorrow. We've bought a couple things from them. Including this $5000 mower. Bad Customer Service will spread like cancer. He'll buy the part at a dealer in Dallas down from Love Field. Never again will we do business of any kind with Wise Outdoor Power!!!

We certainly apologize for your experience and we obviously wouldn’t want anyone to feel the way you do after a phone call with one of our employees. I do want to mention that I know our employee offered to leave the part requested outside for your husband to pickup because he felt bad that he couldn’t stay late. Typically, someone can hang a little after when customers are running behind because we have done it many many times. Unfortunately, this particular appointment being late was not an option. Please accept my apology and know that we always try to be accommodating and would have been happy to leave the part outside for him.
