  They seriously make the most beautiful arrangements! And every one comes in a cute container, not a typical glass vase. They’re even great at handling last minute calls. Anytime someone needs an arrangement I always recommend Wisconsin Dells Landscaping.

  They sent an inexperienced person to mow my lawn, after taking care of it for almost three years. Usually at least 2 guys show up to do the work, since i have 2+ acres of lawn. A pattern of only 1 person showing up started this summer, and it would take 3+ hours to mow and trim. I'd ask for an estimate to do some brush clearing and got a $3,200+ estimate, which was excessive. i had someone else do the same job for $600, took them only an hour. My lawn was cut way too short, leaving mounds of clippings all over my yard, looks terrible now. My neighbors have commented how they feel bad for me that my yard was scalped and left a mess. I'm waiting to see if some sections will recover from the stress of being cut down to the crown and having to deal with hot, dry summer weather. Grass clippings were left all over my sidewalk and driveway. When I called to complain, owner copped an attitude. Seemed to have no appreciation for my business. I found someone else to take care of my yard. Inconsistent schedule, if you can call it that. I hope others don't have a similar experience, so I cannot and will ot recommend this company.

  Thomas. As stated before we again apologize. And still are offering to come and over seed not only the spots but your entire lawn. However we are confused? When we spoke on the phone, we offered to have someone come over right away to clean, over seed and fix and you your self stated " it wasn't that big of a deal, that it wasn't that bad, the spots should grow back and that you already blew off the side walk"? And it being a Monday was more of the issue because you work form home and the noise bothered you. In which we apologized and explained that we did not know Mondays were a problem and tried to rectify the issue. As far as inconsistency. For almost years we did send 2 ppl to mow, and yes we did have 1 person come but it 3 times this year not the whole year. Like said on our phone conversation, We didn't know you wanted a certain amount of ppl to be there? If we knew that we would have accommodated, along with a certain day of the week. Yes we usually mowed your place Friday or Saturdays but like we stated before we were just trying to get a head start for the week and did not know it would be an issue. We didn't know you worked from home. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! After first speaking with them in person 4 months ago I felt very comfortable with them doing all my wedding flowers. With $750 to $1000 budget. I was thrilled to have found my florist! Yesterday, 30 days before my wedding I get a phone call that says " Hi Sarah I have been getting your calls but I just cant figure out how to even get flowers for the bridemsaids and groomsmens within your budget. We are so busy right now and I just don't have time to do it" this is the owner calling me and leaving me a voicemail 30 days before my wedding. Who else is going to be available? Then she has the audacity to say in the message to try ordering them online! Crazy! Just crazy! I also find it quite comical that on their voicemail it says they will call back within 24 hours, that's a lie. They didn't call me back for over a month and I was calling every few days. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone for anything. They are clearly incompetent of even returning phone calls.

  Sarah, I am sorry we cannot do your wedding. As I told you in Early June, when you came in as a walk in. The budget just cannot do 10 brides maids, 12 groomsmen, bride, groom, parents, mason jar center pieces and arbors. You then asked if buying some of the flowers through us and you doing your own was an option in which I said yes. We did not have a contract or even verbal agreement for us to do this wedding. You stated in your message that you tried all summer to find another florist but no one will do it. We just cannot do this many arrangements for 700.00 which is what you told us back in June. We wish you all the best.
