  I have used Willow Lawn Service Station twice now and I have been very pleased both times. Each time they have explained the issue in a way that I could understand what needed to be done. I will continue to use them for all of my car needs. In addition to great customer service they have always done the needed work in a timely and cost effective way. I appreciate their honesty and straight forwardness.

  Excellent service provider! I recently took 2 vehicles into them for service. They removed and replaced all 4 tires, did alignment and inspection on my Jeep and did not find any mechanical issues nor did they suggest i fix anything. The second vehicle is a pre-owned Toyota which i just purchased. I wanted them to assess the vehicle to determine if anything needed to be fixed and give a tune up. They called back and said the cost was 49.00. I called back about 4 times and asked about the brake and alignment they said.... it is ok how about a tune up... it is ok how about timing belt... it is ok. how about oil change it is ok. They reported the vehicle was in excellent condition and i did not need to do any of the things i asked about. Not once did they try to sell me any unnecessary service but were forthright. They are very good people and would definitely use them again.
