Excellent.  Willie's is a home town favorite that tries to help customers.  Get your maintenance done in winter because they are busy in summer. A little higher than chain stores but the help and advice is worth it.

John was one of the best sales people I've had in a long time. He didn't try to sell me up on a chainsaw,  he showed an explained all the differences. Now I have the right chainsaw i need for the job.

I have made several purchases here through the years. They are always professional and have a knowledge staff that leads you to an informed purchase. Recently I called in a order for a snowblower and four  hours later it was delivered in my garage. When I got home I noticed it was the wrong model. I called the next day when they opened and explained the situation. No excuses or arguments they were out with the correct model a few hours later. To accomplish this they had to go to another dealer to get the correct one. I wish I could give a few more stars.

They are very helpful.  You are always treated with a smile.and ask how you are.  Even if the employees aren't waiting on you they greet you.  Just today while waiting my turn a man came in asking for help, the guy went back and got information for him on something that they don't even sale.  That says alot about Willie's.
