  After providing a verbal quote, I asked for a contract. At that point, Willy said he didn't want to do business with me. I guess he's afraid to memorialize an agreement with a contract? Seems fishy.

  We at Willie's Lawn Care Service have, and continue to provide service to residential and commercial properties with contracts if applicable. In your case, we had discussed a quote that was subject to change. After, you seemed to have had an attitude. You then placed us on hold and soon after, you had hung up. But the following day you texted us asking for pictures and a contract, so we refused to continue business.
