  Not a customer but can testify to the character of the company. Recently had a rock fly of the back of one of there trucks on I64 and bust my windshield which will cost me $400 to fix. Called them talked to Susan who assured me it would be taken care of. There insurance denied the claim and then I called them back and was told they didn't know what to say but contact my insurance. My insurance deductible to begin with is higher then the glass replacement. Nice to know people answer for there accidents and try to make excuses. They said that since the load was empty that the driver 100% cleans the debris out. Funny i’ve never seen one sweep and check out the bed. Also nice to basically be called a liar as i watched the rock come out the dump bed and hit my windshield which started as a staring and is now expanded from one side to the other. Character means a-lot to me and there’s is horrible to lie and assure they’d take care of it and then turn tides. Not to mention there rag tag out of state rude insurance company. If there work is like there character steer clear. Teued to give a zero stars but it wouldn't allow.
