  We have done business there several time and always treated well but this last time was sickening...they put a $3.95 part on a generator & the labor was outrageous at $112.50 ... done with that kind of service.

  Hannah i apologize that you feel that the labor charge was too much. Please allow us to explain and try to help resolve this issue. We charged you 1.25 hours of labor. We removed the air filter housing and carburetor, then completely disassembled the carburetor to properly clean and check it for proper functioning. The replacement carburetor for your generator has been on backorder since April 2021 and costs $120. We tried to save you the time and money of replacing the carb as most shops would have done. Please give us a call so we can resolve this as we had no idea there was an issue.

  The guys that work there were very friendly and helpful. I bought a 16'' Stihl chain saw. They serviced it for me, before I left. And, I added another year of warranty for a very reasonable price! Thanks, guys.

  I have done business here multiple times including buying a new saw just last year. The last two visits the customer service was absolutely unacceptable! The last visit I left the merchandise on the counter and walked out! I would rather drive to Hattiesburg than spend my money there!
