  We asked for trimming and edging service . Our yard is patchy and uneven. This is what is acceptable to them.   As we tried to explain that when we have to cut back 2 to 3 inches to find the edge of the cement, it takes 3 or 4 week of doing it to get it to look as good as your neighbors. But since you are unhappy with the service we will not charge you for it. Best of luck to you in the future.

  Doug serviced 3 of 5 properties. Work quality was good. Invoicing was a nightmare. Over the winter of 2020-2021 I asked him to improve his confusing invoicing. He never responded to my multiple emails or voicemails. I canceled my service because of his lack of response.
