Keith is a great guy, on a great mission. Honest work and honest prices. He was upfront with me and quickly serviced my Ariens snow blower. Despite telling me it would be 2 weeks due to a full lot of machines. He called me up about 8 days later and it was ready for pickup. I highly recommend you go to Keith for all you small engine repair and service needs.

Excellent same day service in repairing my leaf blower. Keith was very professional and  knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Looking forward to doing more business with wheels in the future!

Repaired my snowblower. They kept me informed thru the whole process. Wheels did everything they said they would. Snow blower works great now.

Parts were on back order and took awhile to get in. However it did not snow and as soon as parts got in I fixed machine. Pleasure helping out.

BEST SERVICE ANYWHERE!  I stopped in with a frozen up Earthquake tiller.  Keith and his team selflessly pulled the spark plug and unfroze the machine for me on the spot with no charge.  These guys have their priorities straight and will do the right thing for you.

Please accept my apologies for my outburst.   I lost my cool when I have no one to blame but myself.   I just needed my riding lawn mower prepped for the season.  Unfortunately, I relied on the reviews and selected Wheels.  There were so many warning signs. 1) They didn't know how to manually push mower, they said battery dead. 2) Paid $350+ for service and new battery.  3) Mower returned and first mow blades didn't work. 4) They returned and mower wouldn't start, I was blamed.  5) Had to pull out manual again to help them manually push mower.  (This is when I lost my cool.)  They left due to my outburst.  I paid $75 to get lawn mowed.    I called Central Saw and they sent someone right out.   In 30 seconds, they showed me the negative cable was not tightened on new battery.  A little tightening and mower started right up and blades worked again.  No charge!   I wonder how much Wheels would have charged me for the second round of service.....   I'm an idiot.

I was waiting for this review. As she said she lost her cool. She took out all her anger at my employee then continued to shout at me the owner. I told her if she didn't stop I would leave. She didn't stop, I left. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this woman. She thinks she can scream at people and get her way, well not with me or my guys. I planned on picking it up no charge, and would of found the same thing and brought it back at no charge. However no one needs to deal with people like Karen. Her last three words I agree with, maybe she will think twice next time she plans on going off on someone.

Keith is the man! I had a warranty issue with a string trimmer. Keith went beyond my expectations to resolve the problem and quickly get my trimmer fixed.

Business run by the nicest 2 gentlemen I've had the pleasure of meeting in ages. Quickly diagnosed problem with my generator and had it ready for me the next day. Extremely reasonable pricing, and very well knowledged repair people. Took extra time to make sure I understood everything they did as well as proper operation of my equipment.

To call Keith unprofessional and incapable would be a disservice to those two terms.

We hired Keith to fix our snowblower.  A month and a half later it’s still not fixed.  When he first returned the snowblower, the chain fell off shortly after he dropped it off.  He knowingly expressed that additional repairs were needed and agreed to retrieve and FIX the snow blower.
When he dropped it off the second time, the snowblower shorted when we attempted to test it on a small patch of snow.  We called him and his response was “I was hoping you wouldn’t call.” Again, because he knew it wasn’t fixed.
He agreed to pick it up a third time, said that he’d fix it at no charge, then demanded $65.

Today, despite saying the third fix would cost $65.  Keep in mind he charged us for the initial”repair,”asked for  additional payments the second time, he demanded $100 rather than the agreed upon $65.

When we refused, and stated we wanted to test the snowblower and if it wasn’t fixed we wouldn’t accept it until it was fixed or we were refunded; He tried to have a screaming match with my husband in our driveway.

First off this woman is the wife of the brother of Kevin Macpail my customer and she was not even there. I had to work three times on this old beat up machine. Each time I had to deliver and pick up this machine only charging him once for it. There were many issues with the old rusty machine. I had to re-fix it twice for the same thing since the machine was in bad shape. I had to pay my mechanic over six hours of time to make things right on this machine. I did not charge him for any of the time after the first time working on the machine, I wanted to make it right even though the issues was his machine. I finally went out of my way and ordered parts and put them on, then the carb broke and I told him I had to replace that. He decided he paid enough for the machine and would not pay for the carb. So during the day of a snow storm I thought it would be right to get him his machine and delivered it to him even though he refused to pay for the carb. Again I never even charged him for the six hours of time. I delivered the machine and when I dropped it off it was working as it should. I have not heard from him that it wasn't working, and he got his machine before the big storm.  I did not have to deliver the machine since he wasn't paying for it. Kevin is a postal worker and I am sure he finds times when he does not make his deliveries in time, I bet he doesn't have his customers call on him or worse yet a sister in-law call him out. I am so tired of people who think they should get something for free just because they think so. I have no respect for people like this. So when I delivered the machine I was not happy knowing I was not going to get paid for even a tiny bit of work done on his machine.

I took a gas powered leaf blower to Wheels for repairs.  Repairs were completed promptly and charges were very reasonable.   I will take all my small engine repairs to Wheels in the future.   Do not hesitate to see them for service, you will not be disappointed.
