Called as soon as they opened this morning to get a horse blanket. Told me he would put one up until i got off work. Went to get it and they had sold all of them. Will no longer shop there rather go to TSC now. I support hometown businesses but this i do not promise me something and when i get there its gone. I could have paid over the phone if that was the issue...at no point was it recommended i try other retailers . but i got o e somewhere else that held it until i got there like they promised. Even stayed late for me to get there

Small Town Outstanding Customer Service!  I needed some special feed for my horses, and I'd stopped by early in the week looking for some.  None was available, but I was told more of that feed had been ordered and would arrive on Thursday at noon.  Ellen, the Office Manager, called me on Thursday morning and told me she'd save me some.  I had a business appointment in Richmond that day and thanks to Ellen I knew the feed I needed would be waiting for me when I returned to Wharton.  Thank you!

Super friendly people. They have all kinds of cool stuff, or will order if they dont have it. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

I'm always in there for one thing or another. The staff are very courteous and helpful. My kids even love going week after week.
