  EVERY time I come in to this Westlake Hardware store in Midland, the service is what I would expect from a well managed store! It is obvious the management cares about the customers. Two separate employees asked me if I needed help to find something. The second one, Daniel, helped me find what I was looking for. Earlier this same day I was in the Odessa store on E. University, which is closer to where I live. I was again reminded why I prefer the Midland location. I was in the hardware section for 15 minutes looking for a screw for my project. No one, NOT ONE employee, ever checked to see if I needed help. I never even saw anyone until I checked out at the register with my single brass screw.

  This is our go-to place for everything Traeger. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is small but packed full of everything you need. More than the hardware There is also a home decor section with decor and more and a Hallmark section with cards and gifts.

  I find what I need and use the rewards system in special occasions! Love it. Will go back and always go back. It's still great! I found the blade my daddy uses since my fiance and I broke my daddy's first blade :/ loved it!
