We recently changed to Western Pest after years with a large nationally known pest control company. Western is so much better in every aspect over our previous provider. Dan has been our technician and he is absolutely great. Dan is ontime, friendly, thorough and professional. He gives us a briefing on what he’s going to treat and inspect and prior to leaving provides a description on what he has found and treated.

Western employees are very polite and do a decent job. We have an annual service contract with them. Unfortunately, the company rarely notifies us when they are coming for service so randomly someone shows up and knocks on our door. This is not acceptable.

They are very reliable. We live in a shore community and have had no problems with any pests since they started doing routine inspections and treatments. Very pleased.
