The expert who came to my house went above the call of duty to search out any potential problems and explain them to me.  He also gave me recommendations for how to solve the problems.  He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.   It would have been easy for him to just do what he was supposed to do and move on, but he showed that he cared about the trees.  i highly recommend.

I contacted Western due to an ant problem. They were professional, explained the process and scheduled an appointment. The technician, Wolf, contacted me ahead of time  to let me know when he would arrive. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and let me know how he would proceed with treatment. He was personable and easy to talk to.

Quality of service was far above expectation. Initially I spoke with Area Manager, Jake, and he diligently listened to my comments/concerns. He spent a generous amount of time explaining the various potential issues we could be having. Our Hit Man was very good about sweeping away spider webs off the house and all the other buildings, including outside and inside in our chicken house. We were very impressed! Great Job!!!

Hit men has helped our ant and bug problems including wasps AND has helped tremendously keeping our gophers/moles problems at bay - we live in the country and know that certain critters will always be a problem - however Hitmen has helped us stay on top of this!  All their employees are very professional, knowledgeable and very very nice people!!!

The biggest complaint is that they never call before coming out.  This means there are times we are not home so certain checks can't be completed.  I have complained about this before and told it shows on our account we should be getting a text and/or email.  The service guys are great just wished there was better communication prior to just showing up.

I have them come for maintenance for ants and spiders. Lately they have been terrible at keeping appointments. I have rescheduled 3 times and have dogs so I prefer Fridays in the AM. It’s in the notes on my account about this and they still can’t seem to get it right. VERY frustrated.

This company is actually : Western Exterminator. Don't let the buy out fool you. You are doing business with a conglomerate. But: The service person who came out (finally) was amazing (Earl). The issue is the disorganized "call center." Corporate should look into fixing their "call center" issues. The remaining original service technicians (there are only a few left) are really great people. I Wish their customer service/call center was as good as the technicians.

With regular inspections, Jason has kept a watchful eye out for pests we used to have constantly.  We would definitely point friends to this company if they ever admit they have pest problems.

I indicated that I didn’t want my service completed unless it was by Chris. I wasn’t home. They sent some one else who gave me five minutes notice to contact them . I couldn’t call them back as their cell was not readable. I’ve made it clear a number of times. They ignore my communications routinely.
