  While I wasn’t able to use the part I ordered the customer service was super responsive and emailed a return label within an hour of the request. The part was brand new and looked in great shape but was not compatible with my mower. Customer service was top notch from beginning to end.

  Western Equipment is great to do business with. They always take good care of you and get you what you need. They have an awesome staff that is always willing to help. Their sales staff is great at finding exactly what you need and helping you learn how to use the equipment. Their parts and service is easily accessible and is always helpful as well. They are a first class organization from top to bottom. It is always a pleasure doing business with Western Equipment!!!
