  Do not rely on this Cub Cadet dealer for anything other than the original equipment sale. The customer service is non existent, as is any help with timely warrenty work, maintenace, service or repairs needed. One disappointment after another. I have bought Cub mowers exclusively for over 22 years. Took my cub in for a very simple warrenty repair in October 2021, asked about having the mower seviced while there, oil change and transmission fluid and filters. The tech quoted over $350!!! +tax. Looked it up myself, you can buy all factory fluids and filters in a kit for less than $100. Called another Cub dealer in Ohio who quoted the work complete under $200. Was told 3 to 4 weeks for the warrenty replacment of the broken deck latch. Waited 5 months for them to replace the latch. Not because of any supply issue, they did not even call to get it aproved by Cub untill I called to check on progress this year. And you guessed it, got it home in March 2022 and the latch would not release. Called dealer imediatly who without asking even one question claimed it worked fine at the shop. Loaded it back on to the trailer and drove back to the dealer. Stated "you had one job" and 5 months in disbelief. Was told latch had not been properly adjusted when installed or tested. Theres more, but it gets redundant at some point. Don't exspect any service after the sale with this dealer.

  Bought a 2019 kioti cs2210 and before I bought the tractor I had no experience with tractors so I didn't know what was suppose to come with the tractor and what was not suppose to come with it, I just trusted the dealer would be honest and gave me what I was owed but after a bout 2 years of owning the tractor I started buying other attachments (box blade, brush hog) and realized after taking the backhoe off that I didn't have a 3 point hitch( again I was new to the whole tractor thing and thought that what I needed to hook up the new attachments was on tractor) so I called dealer and all I keep getting from him is that I pretty much have to buy a new 3 point hitch(roughly $500-$600) and after contacting corporate and other higher ups I've pretty much been told that I am owed this from dealer and I need to keep contacting them untill I get what's owed to me but Everytime I call them I have to re explain my situation and get the same response. They definitely have no care for customer satisfaction and I will not be recommending this place to no one.

  Horrible customer service. Not willing to give item specifics on parts to troubleshoot your problem if you choose to just order the parts and DIY. They try to get you into their shop. Charge double the price of parts plus shipping... Beware of them. They seem to be the type of shop that would "fix" things that aren't broke and charge you top dollar for it.
