  Love these guys! Purchased a new house this year and had tons of grass spiders! They came out twice and the issue was entirely resolved. Looking forward to having them do my lawn care going forward! Can’t say enough about how quickly they came out and how awesome they are about answering questions! Call them, you won’t be sorry!

  Why does West Termite go to my neighbors at the Van Buren Housing Authority IN UNIFORM and pick up my neighbor who happens to be open ESCORT? The technicians name that I caught was Mann but there was a shorter red hair red bearded guying picking her up and leaving for 30 minutes at a time. After reading your reviews figured this should be left here.

  West Pest barged into my home while I was on the toilet. There is a notice outside my door that reads please allow up to 60 seconds for this household to respond to visitors. A young frail "boy" with a pencil mustache and a nametag that read "West" said he waited for 3 minutes outside but upon reviewing our security camera this was not the case. When I asked before the young "man" named West before he left why he could not wait for me to answer the door he said that my opinion did not matter and that I cursed him with vulgare langue and threatened to report to my landlord that I was verbally abusing his and I would be forced to move out of my home. As it turns out West Termite in Van Buren also have a thief. My pocket change from earlier in the day on my counter by my keys had "disappeared". The only people inside my home was West Pest and their office insisted that there was no way anyone that works for them could steal from and elderly single grandmother. Turns out they have been accused of stealing 31 times in 2021.
