      The technicians were friendly all 3 times they came out. I was not happy with the fact that I was told to clean out my cabinets so they could treat the entire kitchen and when the technician came out he said cleaning out the cabinets was not necessary because it’s illegal to spray their chemicals in the cabinets. He also didn’t spray outside because my dogs were in the backyard (why he didn’t ask me to bring them in, I am not sure). I called and spoke with a supervisor about the first initial treatment not being done the way it was explained and they came back out and sprayed again (and didn’t charge me). Then they came out a third time and that was supposed to be the final treatment but we still had a pest problem. When I first chose this company, I spoke with a gentleman and he told me once they spray, if we are not happy or we see no change, they will spray in between at no charge. I called and they wanted to charge me again. My husband and I discussed it and decided the job was not done correctly from the beginning which could be a big factor as to why the problem is not resolved, and we didn’t want to have to deal with this anymore. We will be choosing another company.

      I have never left a bad review on here, but I have to today. I have had the worst bit of customer service out of this place. I receive a call about a month and a half ago saying my termite policy is due for inspection. I was selling my home so I told them that was fine but my real estate agent would have to be there because I am relocated out of state. I confirm they go out and inspect. A month later they call and tell me they need to inspect my house because my policy is due. I tell them they already have, but they find no record of it (my agent was there with them). Finally they call me back and say they found it. I close on my house and they charge me over 500 because they said they needed to treat it, when they have never communicated that to me at all. The communication was terrible. I get when a treatment is due then you need to do it, but no one on that team could communicate anything to me. I would find anywhere else if you are on here searching for a termite company. Customer service is horrible and I don’t even know if I can trust the house was treated when they couldn’t remember if they ever came out and lost all of the paper work. Horrible experience.

      Ok, so I'm not one to blast someone online, but I have given them over 6 months to rectify this situation. Positive note: their weed killer system worked well and their tech was super nice. The bad and the ugly: after the assessment they recommended a 7 step treatment that would take place every 6-8 weeks. The tech would visit my house every 4-5 and charge $125 each visit with a pamphlet on my door step. I called the office and spoke to the lady and requested they come no more than every 8 weeks.... 5 weeks later they visited again. I called and cancelled my service and 5 weeks later, you guessed it they visited again. I called and told her I wasn't paying the last bill and she stated she would take it off. She didn't. It was turned over to a collection agency, called again she said it would be cleared, it wasn't. Contact the owner (I have pics of the correspondence) and just received another letter. Do not use this company. We have started with Tru Green and have had ZERO issues. Buyer beware. We wanted to go with the local guy and it became a huge mistake. Lawyer hired. Just to respond to the comment about 90 days past due, I offered, have screenshots, to bring by a cash payment to the owner. I hoped he would use it to fix his office issues. He stated, in screenshots, that I had to deal with the credit reporting agency, not him. The credit reporting agency dropped the file when I provided them proof I had paid (canceled check pic), that I had offered this guy cash just to go away and leave us alone. I really do not know what the deal is? We made positive comments about his techs, his treatments, but didn't like the harassment. Someone dropped the ball on our request to service every 8 weeks, then again on our cancellation. I'm sorry, but this just isn't ok. Danny, I would be more than happy to donate $125 to your business just to go away. I tried so hard to work this out with you personally and really felt like it was something we could figure out. Things got nasty, and I don't like that. Again, I would be more than happy to bring you $125 to stop your harassment. You've just refused. Hands up in confusion.
