  After searching through many companies I selected West Property Maintenance because of Scott's responsiveness and professionalism in our initial conversations/price quoting process. Upon hiring West Property Maintenance I was further impressed. Scott and team completely overhauled an overgrown and neglected yard. Throughout this process I was still living in Boston and Scott maintained in constant contact, never introducing an element of doubt and consistently wowing me with photos of his work. West Property Maintenance's price point is low, the quality of work is impeccable, and their knowledge of the local flora and fauna is unrivaled. I unequivocally recommend Scott and West Property Maintenance.

  This will be our 3rd season with Scott. He's done lawn mowing services for us and we've been happy with the results, communication and reliability. He's also been very helpful to recommend other local service providers/contractors for services he doesn't support (e.g. tree planting, and tree removal), and we've been happy with those as well! We discussed other projects with him but we haven't yet decided to do them, but when we do, we'll definitely engage with Scott on them. He's also been helpful with suggestions and tips for us to do some DIY things around the yard. Welcome feedback, and would recommend him.
