  I had new landscaping put in and discovered several buried heads on our sprinkler system including one that was broken off by the landscapers. I called West Omaha Irrigation and they were able to fit me in the next morning for the repair despite how busy they were during peak season. Very much appreciated and earned a long-time customer!

  They are overloaded at certain times of the year so they can’t always give you same day service but they are the nicest people to work with and very professional. I’m so glad my neighbor recommended them a few years ago to us.

  They do good work but customer service is non existent. They NEVER answer the phone and if you leave a message you're lucky to get a call back. I've moved on and am using a different company.
