  I have complained multiple times to Customer Service and to the man servicing the yard about the weeds growing in the backyard along retaining wall. They sprayed them once but they missed most of them. Also, if there is a delay in service due to rain good luck getting back on their schedule. Today they came and never took care of the weeds and only rode around on their machine. They didn't leave a flag in the yard nor did they leave the invoice of ask if we had concerns. I will find a new company that values their work

  We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your service, we appreciate your feedback. We have had some problems with our printers out in the field but they should always be leaving a flag and we will look into this more as to why nothing was left. If you do still notice weeds after service is done, and that is possible with some of the more stubborn weeds, we will come out and retreat those for you free of charge, you would just need to contact the office so they can set that up for you. We are sorry to lose you as a customer, we will be taking this feedback directly to our team. If there is anything we can do for you in the future, please let us know.

  Angelo is the best!. He’s informative, cares about his customers and their lawn! Our lawn looks great and we make sure we ask for his help when we have an issue. He makes WeedPro shine! 11/10-Craig did our last service of the year last week. We are not happy due to him not blowing the residual pellets that were on the driveway and walkway. We have a dog and these pellets can get into their paws that were left on the cement.

  We had an infestation of army worms. Unfortunately they had ruined alot of the grass before I figured out what it was. We called Weedpro as soon as I figured out it was armyworms. They were quick to respond to come and treat our yard before it caused further damage. Thank you Weedpro!
