WOW!!! I would rate more stars if I could! I started back in 2019 and my yard continues to look amazing every year. I mean it seriously looks like a golf course. Definitely way better than Trugreen. I definitely feel like I am paying for actual outstanding quality. The technicians are super nice and answered all of my question, very knowledgeable and qualified to take on my tough yard. And on top of that the customer service is amazing I really feel like Im talking to a caring friend. Thank You Weed Man!!

2021 was my first time using Weed Man. For the most part they provided decent service throughout the year, but as the year progressed, customer service declined. Trying to schedule a service to coincide with re-seeding in September was ineffective and I feel like I lost 3 weeks of time. Later in December I had concerns about the winter application and left a message in their portal, to which they they never responded to. I then followed up with a phone call 10 days later and was promised a call back by a supervisor, and that never happened either. I know Covid has had an impact on everyone, but that doesn't mean customers don't need to be responded to.

They flat suck!!! My lawn has more weeds than before I hired them and they did the complete fertilization and weed control service for me last year. You rarely get the same guy to do the service and it’s a complete waste of money.

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with our service. Please note that weeds are typically a byproduct of thin turf. We strongly recommend seeding in the fall to thicken the turf and reduce the opportunity for weeds to invade.
