Was given an online quote and decided to go with someone cheaper. No big whoop right? Nope... These guys call and call and email and email. Had to call twice to be removed off their list. Not customer friendly in that regard!

Only great experiences with Weed Man. Had a rough lawn when I started with them but I can see the results very quickly. Technician always communicates and is very polite and helpful with us and our service

I use Weed Man and happy with them "even referred them a few times"  please can you slow down on the sales side of the business. Every time they come over they always have something to sell to me. I'm not interested and if I was i would definitely call you to help. I'm already a happy customer. I have called your office before to remove me from any sales . I always seem to have something wrong in my yard. Again I'm happy but please you trying to hard with sales

The service technicians are always friendly and concerned on the health of the lawn.  The services are always done on a timely basis.  I really like the fact that they email me a day in advance of when they are coming.  Our lawn looks better than it had when I had a different service.  Excellent week control.

We never have to worry about Weed Man taking care of our services on-time. It just gets done. Over the years they gave a lot of different options to help us get a decent lawn. It's not perfect, but it has become really nice. If we had a sprinkler system, it would be great!

We set up a package over several months to put down fertilizer, do a double aeration, seeding and a special fertilizer to help that seed take place.  We had many bare spots and were looking for help.

We had to beg them to come out as we were never on their schedule.  They did applications from June - Oct.  Fast forward to Spring of the next year and nothing took.  They recommended the aeration because we had moss on the sides of the house.  The aeration did nothing.  Still have moss.  None of the seeding shows now that the weather is getting warmer and we watered for weeks following the application.

Not only did none of what they did take, but we had "rusty" grass in spots where orange would rub off on our shoes.  We also had a white powdery substance on spots as well.

Not recommended.

Hi Jared, we regret to hear that you were unsatisfied with these elements of our service. With a large customer base in the Green Bay area, weather and other unavoidable setbacks can have a chain reaction that results in us having to reschedule a lawn application. Of course our aim is to avoid this, but it does happen.

As far as the results on the lawn are concerned, lawn care is a process that requires a lot of time, proper input, and patience. While we utilize some of the best products available, our program isn't magic. Fixing bare spots and correcting the core issues that cause Moss, Powdery Mildew Fungus & lawn rust usually take more than one or two seasons.

While an aeration is certainly recommended in areas where Moss and Powdery Mildew fungus are growing, these conditions thrive in areas of shade and moisture, so continued attention will more than likely be needed to correct in the long run. As for the Rust, this is commonly corrected over time with quality fertilizer applications (included in your program). It's unfortunate that we couldn't see results in these areas sooner, but they are quite likely conditions that will take time to correct. Thank you for your feedback!

As a neighbor of a several customers in my neighborhood I am irritated by the company because they are only putting up only one warning signs that a pesticide or fertilizer was applied and they only place it in the center of the lot.  I am a dog owner and walk my dog in the neighborhood daily.  There should be  a warning sign on each corner of the customers lot and also visible to the immediate neighbors that live next to those customers.  By putting up more signage I will know to make sure that my dogs stay off those lot neighbors lots. I had called once to complain about it and I have not noticed any changes.  They don't care or are too cheep to put up extra signs.  Therefore I will never be a future customer of this company.  Pet owners be ware.

Hi Mike, we have not yet applied any products that require or justify full signage on all corners. If we had applied a weed control or pest control product, full signage would be planted. However, we have only applied slow release, granular fertilizer. Because this is a dry pellet product, signage warning parents and pet owners to remain off the lawn are unnecessary, as there is not a liquid product that needs time to dry. We abide by all guidelines and regulations with our program and service. Thank you for your thoughts, we're happy we were able to clear up this confusion for you.

Two years ago decided to have a lawn service take care of my lawn. I already had pretty decent lawn, I thought a professional service would take it to the next level.   I don’t actually remember why I selected Weed Man, but it was a big mistake. They took my lawn from pretty good to terrible in two years.  After several complaints last fall to have one of their managers come and take a look at my yard, their best assessment on the problem is I was cutting my grass too short.  In addition,  they wanted to sell me some more services.  Needless to say, they are not back this year. In a few short months of me taking care of my own lawn again, I have it on its way back to you pretty good again. The best advice I can give you is to stay away from Weed Man lawn service.

Following up from my previous post. 2 years removed from having weed man service my lawn, I can say that my lawn is now on the road to recovery. I still have a few areas that need attention, but it is in 100% better condition than Weedman left it.  I wish I could attach pictures to share the before and after.

Hi David, we regret to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience with us. It's very rare that we get a review where the results of our service are quoted as being poor, so it stands out as something that needs addressing. Our Branch Manager did make the assessment that the lawn was being scalped, which can be extremely damaging to turfgrass - we typically recommend mowing now more than 1/3 of the grass plant off at any given time to avoid 'shocking the system'. Regardless, we apologize that you had this experience with us and hope that in the future we may have the chance to achieve the same results on your lawn that we do on the lawns of other customers. Horrible service.

Had paid upfront to have my yard aerate, fertilizer, and weed and feed.  But no they fertilizer first in March and comes time when its almost June they still didn't aerate my yard.  Too freaking late.

Horrible company, bad customer service, and not worth the money.
