  This branch was good when we first started using them a couple of years ago but it has gone downhill rapidly. Management is not responsive at all. Service quality is now very poor...I won't elaborate more to save the corporate brand embarrassment. I've used Weed Man before at other residences and they've always done well. But this branch has fallen apart for some reason. Maybe it was sold to new owners?

  I have been a Weedman customer for about 4 years now and my lawn has never looked better, They actually kill weeds and keep your lawn healthy, but be prepared to mow!

  Weedman has my lawn looking greener, thicker and more weed free than it has for years. Wes, I think is his name, (my usual tech) always lets me know he is here and always leaves a statement showing what he did, and the materials/amounts he used. Shane, the manager, has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. Also, because of my semi-invalided condition he helped me fill 3 holes that physically I just wasn't up to, and refused payment when I offered him money. I am a former business owner, and appreciate what I refer to as "extraordinary customer service"! Weedman in general, and Shane in particular certainly qualify for that rating!
